As a junior Project Leader, you will be the spider in the web of the many projects we carry out in the field of learning technology and e-Learning content. You ensure that everything runs smoothly both internally and externally and monitor the balance between deadline, budget and quality. You will also delve into the various technologies and learning solutions that we implement, so that you can think along with the customer and advise them proactively.
Do you recognize yourself?
With your enthusiasm and inquisitive attitude to work, you go for the best result in every project, together with a project team and the customer. In doing so, you take into account the interests of the customer, their users and UP. You are energetic and find customer satisfaction key. You also like to stay in control and keep the customer and colleagues informed of each other’s progress. You like a dynamic work environment, in which you lead multiple projects at the same time.
What do you bring?
- By nature, you maintain an overview, you are structured and you have an eye for the interests of the customer and UP.
- You preferably bring 2 years of work experience in a commercial organization. If you already have experience with resource planning, that’s fantastic.
- In the long run, you will be able to combine your project management skills with substantive advice. Because ‘on time’, ‘within budget’ and ‘the right quality’ are the basis for long-term relationships for the customer and UP.
- With your independent and inquisitive work attitude, it goes without saying that you raise the bar a little higher every day.
- It’s easy to communicate. You know how to convey your story well and people always know where they stand with you.
- Our customers speak Dutch and sometimes English is the working language. Therefore, you both speak and write fluently.
